Refunds and Returns
We inspect and check all items with the customer present at the time of purchase. We offer a 21-day return policy on all items, subject to a restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
In-Store Returns: Items returned in-store that meet the above requirements will be processed immediately.
Mail-In Returns: For returns sent to us, we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and inform you of the refund's approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Cancellation
You may cancel your order through our website (www.ShopLibertyStore.com), by emailing us at info@shoplibertystore.com with your order number, or by contacting us via WhatsApp at 1-246-436-7554.
You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation and a refund for any payments made related to the cancelled order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds

Manufacture Defect Warranty (MDW)
All items sold have a warranty (MDW) that the product is free from manufacture defects.
Laptops have a 6 month warranty (MDW).
All other items have a 60-day warranty (MDW).
